HOME is a two-hour afternoon event led by Tracy Bee, combining guided meditation, nervous system education, somatic energy work, spiritual guidance, sound healing and Spinal Energetics-inspired experiences. It is intended for people interested in nervous system awareness, self-connection and spiritual reflection, whether they are new to this work or have been exploring it for years. The event includes meditation, teaching, energy work and time for integration.
