Horizon Byron Bay

Horizon Byron Bay is the rooftop bar at Hotel Marvell, set on level three with views across Byron Bay. The space is designed for taking in the changing light and Byron sunsets, with a rooftop pool adding to its relaxed, open-air setting. Access is via the Hotel Marvell lobby, and the bar is open to the public.

The drinks list brings together nine signature cocktails, classic favourites including martinis, whiskey sours and cosmopolitans, wines from nearby and further afield, local beers and non-alcoholic options. There is also a snacks menu intended to pair with the drinks. For guests who want something different, the bartenders can create a drink based on preferred spirits and flavours, even when it is not listed on the menu.

With its rooftop outlook and welcoming atmosphere, Horizon suits a sunset drink, a laid-back afternoon of snacks or a social evening with friends. It also works for a more relaxed date setting, while solo visitors can settle in with a drink and the views.
