Lake Ainsworth Sport and Recreation Centre is a large sport and recreation facility in Lennox Head, on Bundjalung Country, set across 118 hectares between Lake Ainsworth and the coast. The location combines access to the beach, local waterways, rainforest and national parks, while remaining about 15 minutes from Ballina Airport and within reach of Byron Bay and the Gold Coast. It offers a distinctly outdoors-focused setting rather than a conventional standalone gym.

The centre’s facilities include gym equipment for specialist sporting programs, a 25-metre swimming pool, tennis courts, an indoor basketball court, playing fields, a multi-purpose hall, conference rooms, a stadium, an indoor climbing wall and infrared saunas.
