Its programme includes weekly afternoon and sunset cruises, brunch and long-lunch experiences, ticketed events, weddings and private charters. Cruises are designed around the river setting, with the vessel travelling past mangrove-lined banks and towards the sea, particularly atmospheric as the light changes late in the day.

The public sunset cruises combine a three-hour charter with regionally inspired small plates or canapés, signature cocktails, curated music and a rotating focus on local food and drink. The onboard style is Mediterranean-inspired, with handcrafted cocktails made using premium spirits, seasonal ingredients and locally foraged botanicals. The vessel itself is an 18-metre, two-level boat custom-built for the experience. It includes an open-air upper deck with 360-degree views, a retractable canvas roof, booth seating, a marble wrap-around bar and purpose-designed interiors. The overall mood is polished but relaxed, with a soundscape of soulful grooves and easy beats rather than a conventional restaurant setting. VIP areas are available on both the upper and lower decks for guests wanting a more private section during a public cruise.

M.V. Jasmine was created as a floating cocktail bar with the feel of a private yacht, shaped by its owners’ interest in ocean life, food, cocktails and regional collaboration.
